Seven years ago, the Austrian Airlines website last received a facelift. Now it was time for the next step and the launch of the new The new website now features a modern design and improved usability. Besides the implementation of a full-responsive web design, special attention was paid to the navigation. This was simplified and the structures were reorganized. Thus, the website offers customers a better and above all faster orientation.

The modular system of the “Adobe Experience Manager” program used makes it possible to place new content quickly and clearly. The Lufthansa Group project was already initiated in 2017, in 2018 Lufthansa launched its new website. Austrian Airlines is now following this path. The goal was to harmonize the website content of Lufthansa Group Airlines and modernize the design.
