• Three daily connections are removed from the program

Passengers whose flights have been cancelled will be rebooked – if possible– or will receive a refund. Austrian Airlines asks all passengers who have booked a connection in the affected period to check the status of their flight on under “My Bookings”. Customers who have provided their telephone number or e-mail address during the booking process, as well as members of the frequent flyer program Miles & More, will be automatically informed about changes in the flight program by SMS or e-mail.
