With Austrian’s new redup service, Economy Class passengers can now enjoy the benefits of Business Class more quickly and easily than ever before: if you don’t need full ticket flexibility, for example, but value the Business Class comfort, you can simply book an Economy Ticket with the upgrade in a single process at www.austrian.com. Passengers who are undecided can also upgrade later online – up to a few hours before departure. The upgrade can also be organised at travel agencies. And passengers who decide on the spur of the moment that they would like an upgrade can even use redup with Web Check-in: the offer is available as long as there are sufficient numbers of Business Class seats free. Redup can be used on all scheduled flights operated by Austrian with an OS flight number. Using it lets you fly Business Class without paying the full price.

Upgrading with Miles & More award miles
You need 10,000 miles to upgrade with Miles & More award miles within Europe. The Miles & More Service Center will help you organise this by telephone, or you can book online at www.miles-and-more.at. To do so, you need an issued ticket, a booking code, a Miles & More service card number and a Miles & More PIN code.
Value-for-money options for business travellers using new travel guidelines
Former Business Class passengers who now have to fly Economy Class due to new travel guidelines at their companies can now organise the upgrade themselves quickly and easily using redup at www.austrian.com. All you need to do this are your name, a booking code and your own credit card.
Austrian red|up – not just any old Business Class ticket
The Austrian redup differs from a full-value Business Class ticket in that it features the Economy Class luggage allowance limit (1 item weighing 23 kg), and it is bound by the rebooking and cancellation conditions of the chosen Economy fare. It always includes the following:
