We are a Girls-Day Company!

On 22nd April 2010 the 9th Girls Day of Vienna takes place and Austrian Airlines takes part again!
Interessted girls at the age of 11 to 16 years get to know technical professions. Our program gives an insight into the Austrian technical department, the apprenticeship "electronic technician" and the profession "pilot".

Certificate for a family-friendly company

In November 2008 we were decorated with the national seal of quality for being a family-friendly company by the federal ministry for health, youth and family.

The combination of family and job is a challenge for employees and for their employers as well. We have established family-friendly measures, such as flexible working time models, social beneftis and cooperation with other companies as well as development programs.
